But the phenomenon which makes it more sensitive is that people, afflicted in High Blood Pressure, do not take it sincerely & show little interest in taking remedial measures. Seventh, sleep disorder, caused by over weight, also leads to BP. So one should be critical enough about one’s body weight. If your belly is getting out of the belt of your trouser, it means you are advancing in weight.

Eighth, getting old usually brings disappointment & dejection but you have to empower this phenomenon by keeping yourself optimist & engaging into positive & constructive activities.

Ninth, genealogical factor makes you more vulnerable to mount up with this ‘silent killer’ as Africans are more liable to develop this trait. But you can defeat your fate by checking your BP on regular basis.

Lastly, pessimistic approach towards life can be influential to indulge you into BP. Try to keep yourself happy and avoid fear, worry & depression. Engage your leisure hours to raise your emotional bank account.
