only historically but now it is found in children as well. This type is increasingly destroying
the children’s health now it is the condition actually where the body is unable to use the
insulin because of the resistance build by this disease. If the child has received that disease
in his genetic history then it may be closely related to obesity. It is almost spreading in
African American, Latino, Asia, and American Indian children.
It is considered that diabetes, either from the first
group or second, can be controlled by putting a change in diet and check in exercise timings
that is taken by the child in the whole day. Although it is not demanded to remove all their
favourite eatables rather the best thing is to teach the children about the concept of food
portion, its control and healthy diet.
It is a most sad fact about today’s culture that meals are
usually not taken or eaten in a way to somewhere like school or office. Fast foods cannot be
compete with fresh fruits, vegetables, leans meats and grains so being a sensible person try to
plan a timetable for your child according to which he can sit down for a proper balanced meal
more ideally three times a day. Try to make possible that ideal meal should contain the
ingredients like grains, fibres, fish dry fruits, fresh fruits and vegetables.

children’s health keep their diet in a way like, Give them different types of nuts and dry
fruits rather than potato chips, grain bread instead of white bread, carrot and celery sticks
beside French fries, backed food in spite of deep frying, salads with meal, uncooked vegetables
or fruits dipped in curd.

healthy life style it will help your children to move as a healthy being like go to the park for
